Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!

Thank you, Thank You, Thank You!

Believe it or not, gratitude is your quickest way to the top! Saying, “Thank you!” to the Father is going to take you from one level to the next. Anyone who has engaged in thanksgiving has always given credit to its power in their lives from tv moguls to mega church pastors. It seems to be a major key in thrusting people forward into realms of success they never thought possible.

Rainbow in the Clouds

I love something Oprah said about the purpose of gratitude:

“Say thank you because your faith is so strong that you don't doubt that whatever the problem, you'll get through it. You're saying thank you because you know that even in the eye of the storm, God has put a rainbow in the clouds.”

Isn’t it interesting that one of the greatest kings, prophets and psalmists in the Bible was a man of thanksgiving? A man who loved to praise God with all of his heart. A man who continually rejoiced in the presence of God. His name? David. Yes, he had his faults, flaws and serious sins, but he also had the mercies of God. Why? Because he was a man after God’s own heart. He was a man who lived in the presence of God and always gave thanks! One time he passionately said, “O Lord my God, I will give thanks to You forever” (Ps. 30:12). David’s fierce commitment to thanksgiving is something we should learn from and model.

Moving God’s Heart & Hand

The great apostle Paul constantly admonished the church to rejoice and give thanks. There must be something about thanksgiving that unleashes Heaven on earth. There must be something about thanksgiving that moves the heart and hand of God.

We see this with Paul and Silas when they were thrown in prison. They prayed and sang praises to God. Instead of complaining and being angry about their dilemma, they rejoiced and gave thanks! This moved the heart and hand of God so much that the following occurred:

“Suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken; and immediately all the doors were opened and everyone’s chains were loosed.” - Acts 16:26

This is the power that thanksgiving unleashes. It produces sudden and radical breakthroughs that only God can give. No wonder the devil doesn’t want you to give God thanks and praise. He knows the power of it. He knows how it moves the heart and hand of God. In 2024, Let’s wake up every day with a heart of gratitude and a mouth full of praise. Let’s rebel against the devil and unleash Heaven on earth!

Today, I want you to sow a “Thank You!” seed. Isn’t it time to show the Lord how grateful you are for all that He’s done for you and will do for you? I encourage you to sow a sizable seed that will thrust you forward financially in 2024! I declare that is your year of a great financial harvest and OUTSTANDING INCREASE! Here’s ways you can sow:
