My name is Maurice Johnson and I am the Founder & Senior Pastor of Winners Church. I am the visionary of this awesome local church! It is my honor to pastor such a wonderful congregation.
I am a graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center, a member of the Rhema Ministerial Association International and the Fellowship of Inner City of Word of Faith Ministries. I am passionate about seeing lives changed through the teaching of God's Word and the demonstration of His Spirit.
I like Urban Praise and Worship, Christian Contemporary and R & B Music. I'm really into Israel Houghton and the New Breed. I think they are an excellent music ministry group.
I love going to libraries and book stores. I have an insatiable desire for books and the knowledge, wisdom and understanding they contain.
My name is Ernst Cochy and I’m the Executive Pastor at Winners Church. Having been ordained in 1999 my responsibilities include teaching the word on Sunday, overseeing various ministry departments, managing the back office staff, and other ministerial duties. My passion is to see people impacted by the word of God, integrated into the fellowship of believers, and developed into a mature Christian.
My wife, Lashan, and I have been happily married since 2004. She is a true friend to me and helps me stay light hearted.
I have had the privilege of publishing my first book, Live the Life You Were Created to Live, and ministering at various churches and ministries.
I’m most passionate about seeing the local church developed and being an influential force in the city and even world.
On a lighter side, I enjoy being active in sports, reading, going out to dinner, and just being around people that love life. I do!
My name is Jacques Noisette and I am an Elder at Winners Church. Since my ordination in 2004 I have played a vital role in the structure and development of our ministerial departments. I currently oversee a number of ministry departments including The Aurora Step Team, SEM (Social Events Ministry), Kids Church, Usher/Greeters, Women’s Ministry, and Revolution Youth Ministry. My passion is seeing multitudes saved, restored and living out their individual purpose and destiny.
I married my college sweetheart, Omotayo, in July 2005. She’s a delight and makes working in the ministry sheer joy.

Hi, my name is Michelle Creary and I oversee the Winning Kids Church and Nursery. As a graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center I’ve developed a strong passion in seeing Kids nurtured in the word of God.
My responsibilities mainly include training our staff, developing curriculums, and planning events that have an impact on the Kids that come to the Church and that live in the community.
One of our aims is to let kids know they can be used by God even as a child. One of the things I’m most proud of concerning the ministry is that Winning Kids Ministry is not a baby-sitting service but an interactive Church tailor made for Kids. It is here that they experience the power of God first hand.
Living in the multi-cultural environment of NY, I developed a passion for and fascination with people from different cultures. At a tender age, I knew I would pursue a degree in International Relations when it was time for me to go to college. My dream was to become a Diplomat and eventually an Ambassador for the US.
I gave my life to Christ during my senior year in college. I still had a great love for people from other countries but now I knew that I would be an Ambassador not for the US government but for Christ on the mission field. Stepping out on faith, I left my job in 2003 to attend Bible school. During that time and beyond, I have been on numerous mission trips, including The Philippines, England and the Ukraine.
Currently, I am excited about my new role of heading Winner’s Church’s Youth Ministry – REVOLUTION. It is my heart’s desire to ignite the love and fire of God in the youth I encounter and see them make monumental impact on this generation, that what was said in Acts 17:6 “those that have turned the world upside down have come here too” may be said of them!
I hold a Bachelors Degree in International Relations from Georgetown University and a Ministerial Certificate in Evangelism from Rhema Bible Training Center.
