Major Leaps Forward
When I left home to go to Bible school at the age of 19, I took a major leap forward. This leap took me all the way to Broken Arrow, OK. 😬 It was quite a different environment than the streets of NYC. But I was determined to go forward with God and delve into my destiny.
Today, I’m living in the middle of my dream of being a full time pastor in New York City and shepherding God’s people. I wouldn’t be living in this dream if I didn’t take that major leap forward at the age of 19.
What leap do you have to take to live in your dream? Whatever it is, I encourage you to take it.
In the Bible, we see:
👉David took a leap and secured Israel’s victory over the Philistines
👉Rahab took a leap and saved herself and her family from annihilation
👉Ruth took a leap and secured her future and financial well-being
👉Abraham took a leap and became the father of our faith
👉Sarah took a leap and became the mother of many nations
The truth is, you have everything you need to make the jump into your destiny and the greater things of life. Mike Murdock calls it, “The Law of Recognition.” This law says, “Everything you need and want is already in your life - merely awaiting your recognition of it.”
The law of recognition will push you forward like nothing else and give you the power to make major leaps in life. Mike Murdock says, “This law is the golden bridge to the greatest season of your life.”
Here are some things you’ll have to acknowledge to make major leaps forward:
❗️You’re not stuck
❗️You are a gift to this world
❗️Time is on your side
❗️God is for you and not against you
❗️The favor of God is on your life
❗️All things are possible
There’s plenty more things to recognize, but these six are a good start. Here’s to you and your future leaps toward! 🥂😃
