Winners Church is a non-denominational church located at 233-15 Merrick Blvd, Rosedale, NY 11422, with mail received at PO Box 313151, Jamaica, NY 11431. This policy explains how we handle information collected through winnerschurch.com and this website.

We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit a Connect Card, Plan Your Visit form, prayer request, small group interest form, volunteer form, or contact form, we receive the details you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, neighborhood, and your message.

Our website also records standard technical information such as pages visited and general device or browser type. This is used to keep the site working well and is not used to identify you personally.

How We Use Your Information

We use what you share to respond to you, pray with you, welcome you on a Sunday, connect you to a small group or serving team, and send you church-related updates you asked for. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.

Prayer requests marked confidential are seen only by our prayer team.

Service Providers

We use trusted third-party services to operate the site and our ministry: a form delivery service that emails submissions to our church inbox, Podbean for our podcast, and our online giving provider for donations. Payment and card information is handled entirely by our giving provider — it never passes through or is stored on this website.

Cookies

This website uses only the minimum cookies and browser storage needed for the site to function, such as keeping a signed-in staff member logged in to the content dashboard. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Data Security & Retention

The entire site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted securely. We keep the information you send for as long as needed to serve you and maintain our ministry records, then remove it when it is no longer needed.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information online from children under 13. Information about a child provided in connection with Winners Kids is collected from a parent or guardian in person.
