Keep Going

Today, I write this email to encourage you with one simple truth: you’re going to make it. While there may be forces, circumstances, and elements trying to get you to give up or let go. God the Father is for you and working in your life. He sees your potential. He knows what you’re made of.

I’m reminded of the story of Job. God knew the truth about Job. He knew what was in him. Even under tremendous pressure, Job would not turn his back on God or do what Satan planned—curse God.

Like Job, God knows what He has placed inside of you. He knows you have what it takes, and He knows you’re going to make it.

What are you going to make it to?

1. You’re going to make it to long life.

God the Father has purposed and planned for you to live long and make it into your old age. But not just to exist—to live with pleasure, purpose, and satisfaction.

The Bible says: “With long life I will satisfy him, And show him My salvation.” — Psalm 91:16 (NKJV)

God doesn’t just want you to live long. He wants you to be satisfied with the life He has given you. So keep believing for long life, strength, purpose, and fruitful years ahead.

2. You’re going to make it to the place where you build meaningful relationships.

Everyone wants relationships. Whether marital relationships, comrades, besties, or close friendships, no one wants to go through life alone.

From the beginning, God said: “It is not good that man should be alone.” — Genesis 2:18 (NKJV)

We were created for relationships. The good news is that God wants meaningful relationships for you too. He has given you favor to have the right people in your life. Don’t give up on finding love. Don’t give up on friendships. Don’t give up on having people in your life who will walk with you, encourage you, and help you accomplish your goals as you help them accomplish theirs.

3. You’re going to make it to complete and total healing.

There’s a story in the Bible about ten lepers who cried out to Jesus for healing. Jesus told them:

“Go, show yourselves to the priests.”

The Bible says that as they went, they were cleansed.

One of them returned, giving thanks to God, and Jesus told him: “Arise, go your way. Your faith has made you well.”

Notice this: their healing manifested as they were going.

They didn’t stop and say, “We’ll go once we see that we’re healed.” They moved in obedience to what Jesus said, and while they were going, they saw the manifestation.

Like the lepers, God has spoken: “Be cleansed.” “Your faith has made you well.” “According to your faith let it be to you.”

Your next step is to believe His Word, see yourself healed, and take the actions your faith requires. Keep going. Don’t quit halfway through the journey.

4. You’re going to make it to the place of financial abundance.

I’ve found a recurring theme throughout the Bible: no matter what was happening around God’s covenant people, God was able to prosper, provide for, and sustain His people.

This shows us that circumstances were never meant to have the final word over the children of God.

David said: “I have been young, and now am old; Yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, Nor his descendants begging bread.” — Psalm 37:25 (NKJV)

God has a purpose for your finances. Don’t give up, and don’t be moved by negative news.

As I close I want you to Press in. Stand on His Word. Use wisdom. Keep believing. Keep sowing. Keep working. Keep moving forward.

You’re going to make it. Whatever God has promised you and whatever He has called you to, don’t quit before you get there.

God has given you what you need to win. Trust Him at His Word. Trust His wisdom. Trust His direction. Trust Him to help you make it to your desired destination.
