Locked In
Do you want to make this a November to remember? If so, you’re going to have to lock in. This is going to require serious focus and dedication to your gigantic dreams and goals.
Controlled Focus
Anyone who has ever accomplished anything great locked in. They controlled their focus and dedicated themselves to specific steps for their next.
“I focus on one thing and one thing only - that's trying to win as many championships as I can.” - Kobe Bryant
You can see this in the life of the apostle Paul. Right after his conversion to Christ, he locked in. The Bible says, “IMMEDIATELY he preached the Christ in the synagogues, that He is the Son of God” (Acts 9:20). He wasted no time in fulfilling God’s plan and purpose for his life. He didn’t wait for perfect circumstances. He got up and moved in destiny.
The apostle was so locked into what he was doing that he didn’t go to Jerusalem to meet any of the twelve apostles until three years later. Then after that he went to Jerusalem and met more of them fourteen years later. He was so locked in to his life’s mission that he didn’t come among the who’s who of apostles until much later in his ministry. Yet, Paul became a leading apostle like the others because of his CLEAR FOCUS.
Whatever area of life or business you’re in, you can become top notch if you’re focused and dedicated to whatever it is you’re doing. You can’t be lazy or lackadaisical in anyway if you’re going to make progress and get things done. Don’t let dream thieves invade your life and disrupt your focus.
Without Delay
Like the apostle Paul, it’s time for you to move in destiny and live a groundbreaking life. Let me ask you a simple question. What do you need to do IMMEDIATELY? What are your next concrete steps? You have entered the “without delay” season of your life. Imagine spending the next six months dreaming, doing and pivoting until you reach your desired destination. The result? You’ll experience the joy of success and your life will be dazzling!
“You may delay, but time will not.” - Benjamin Franklin.
