God wants you to operate at your best. Why? Because He’s designed you to be a HIGH FUNCTIONING human being who knows how to get things done and make things happen. Being made in the image and likeness of God is no small thing; it’s a BIG DEAL! If believed and acted upon, this truth can lead you to a magnificent and monumental life.
The Best Part
You are the BEST part of creation. There’s nothing and no one better than you, and you can take that to the bank! The Bible tells us, "Then God saw everything that He had made, and indeed it was VERY GOOD" (Genesis 1:30). This "very good" declaration comes after the formation of man. Until our creation, God saw that everything was good, but when He made us in His image and likeness, He declared it VERY GOOD. You are the VERY best of God’s good. In other words, you are the cream of the crop, the cherry 🍒 on top! That is something to celebrate!
Something Great
As His best, God created you to FLOURISH! This means to succeed and thrive in life. In Genesis, we read, "Then God BLESSED them, and God said to them, 'Be FRUITFUL and MULTIPLY; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth'" (Genesis 1:28). You are literally a BLESSED MAN or WOMAN WALKING! You have creative genius and divine ability within you. You supersede any animal and every wonder of the world. In fact, you are the REAL WONDER OF THE WORLD! Heaven is in awe of YOU! You are the center of this world and even of this universe. That’s why when David contemplated this, he asked, "What is man that You are mindful of him, and the son of man that You visit him?" (Psalm 8:4). The answer is clear: You are SOMETHING GREAT! You are the offspring of God, the God-created.
An Exceptional Individual
You are an exceptional individual. You possess versatility and the power to impact those around you. You are the architect of culture, making substantial things happen. God has given you EFFORTLESS COMMAND of this world. It’s time to fully tune into who you really are.
I envision you producing extensive and substantial projects. I see you building incredible businesses and enterprises that are second to none. Wouldn’t you like to engage yourself in super satisfying work—work that is not tedious and dull? The truth is, you’re too great for that!
