You have no idea how incredible your life can be—and will be—when you enter the wolf stage!
There are phenomenal blessings and a life of GREAT JOY and FREEDOM waiting for you if you will possess all that God has for you!
Now, I have to be honest. One of the things I still struggle with myself is being distracted. As I endeavor to enter the wolf stage, I have to practice point number three just like you!
3. It means to become intensely focused.
As you might imagine, wolves can be intensely focused when hunting, tracking prey, or protecting their territory.
One of the fascinating characteristics of wolves is their ability to concentrate on a particular objective and pursue it with persistence.
In this season of your life, you can’t afford to be distracted by everything and everybody! You must become intensely focused on what God has called you to accomplish.
You can’t let everybody else’s issues become your issues. You must LOCK IN and fulfill your goals and your God-given destiny!
The Apostle Paul accomplished extraordinary things and finished his course with joy because he was intensely focused. He gave himself over to his destiny!
Listen to what he said: “But one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead.” — Philippians 3:13 (NKJV)
Did you catch that? ONE THING I DO!
Paul wasn’t trying to do everything. He was focused on fulfilling his divine assignment.
So, my encouragement to you is to give yourself over to your destiny like the Apostle Paul. Surrender to God’s dream for your life, eliminate unnecessary distractions, and GET THAT BAG!!! LOL!
A preacher friend of mine said it best: “It’s not hocus pocus, it’s focus focus!” LOL!
4. It means you stop being intimidated.
Wolves can be remarkably courageous when defending their territory, offspring, or pack.
When threatened, a wolf may stand its ground, display its teeth, growl, and adopt a defensive posture.
Here’s the lesson: Don’t allow intimidation to drive you away from what belongs to you!
Listen, intimidation is REAL!!!
The devil is always looking for opportunities to tempt us with fear. We simply have to resist fear and courageously possess what God has for us.
(Oh, this is ministering to me right now!)
It doesn’t matter how big the opposition looks. We walk by FAITH, not by SIGHT!
Joshua and Caleb saw the same giants everybody else saw, but they spoke life and victory instead of death and defeat!
Listen to their words:
“Only do not rebel against the LORD, nor fear the people of the land, for they are our bread; their protection has departed from them, and the LORD is with us. Do not fear them.” — Numbers 14:9 (NKJV)
WOW!!!
Joshua and Caleb refused to allow the size of their opposition to intimidate them out of their inheritance!
And neither should you!
Don’t let fear talk you out of what God has already prepared for you. Don’t allow intimidating circumstances, intimidating people, or intimidating possibilities to stop you from moving forward.
If God is with you, you have every reason to be courageous!
