The Genesis of You

Believe it or not, you didn’t begin in your mother’s womb. You’re beginning is in Heaven. You came from above and you are an expression of God in the Earth. This is why the Father told the prophet Jeremiah, “Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you…” (Jeremiah 1:5) Like Jeremiah, you already existed in the heart and mind of God. How could God know you if you didn’t already exist? The Bible even says that He chose you in Christ “…BEFORE the foundation of the world…” (Ephesians 1:4). Take a moment and let that marinate in your thinking for a second…before the foundation of the world. Wow! This is the genesis of YOU!

This dynamic revelation from the Spirit of God reveals several things:

1. You are not an accident.
You were born with purpose on purpose. You are here by DIVINE APPOINTMENT! God the Father wanted you born at this time and season of human history. He has already determined your purpose and given you the grace to discover it and live it out.

2. Your value is unmatched.
There is no one and nothing like you. You have unmatched value. No one can compare. Didn’t Jesus say you’re more valuable than the birds? He did. Didn’t David say that God crowned you with glory and honor? Yes, he did. So, you better hold your head up high and see the treasured you. Heaven holds you in high regard. Make sure you hold yourself there, too.

3. Your volume is VAST.
Motivational speaker Tony Robbins made a profound statement, “What you’re capable of is amazing. What most people will do is disappointing.” Woooow!!!

You got some potential in you that is ready to be released right now! Don’t delay. Don’t hold back your God-given gifts and talents. Stop being afraid. Stop being shy. See yourself with capacity and capabilities. It’s time to show up and show the world who you really are. You got this. Your volume is vast!
